Jol Chobi Luxury Resort & Agro Village is rising an hour from Dhaka: five-star hospitality, an organic farm, and the open air of the Meghna. You can be more than a guest — become a registered land shareholder with profit sharing and free stays.
A five-star hotel tower, private-pool villas, eco cottages, a floating restaurant, a 1,000-seat convention hall, riverside wedding lawns — wrapped around a working organic farm with dairy, poultry, fish ponds and vegetable fields that supply the kitchens.
Of 19,800 total shares, 49% are offered to the public; the sponsors retain 51% — our own capital stays committed to the project. Popular with Bangladeshi diaspora investors in the Gulf, Europe and North America.

A real risk we do not hide. The project budget allocates BDT 60 million specifically for river protection embankment, jetty and promenade, built in phase 1. Visit the site and inspect the riverbank and engineering plans yourself.
Three documents: a notarised share certificate with your share numbers, a registered agreement citing the land schedule and dividend terms, and your entry in the shareholder register. We will send you the draft agreement in advance for your lawyer to review.
The first 2–3 years are construction; farm-product benefits begin from phase 3, and dividends after the resort operates. Shareholders collectively receive 49% of net profit, split proportionally. All figures are projections — no honest business can guarantee returns.
Yes — live video site visits, a nominee of yours may inspect documents in person, all payments through banking channels in your own name, and agreements couriered abroad with attestation support.
Shares are transferable to any third party, with the company handling paperwork for a nominal fee. As later batches price higher, early buyers may exit at a gain. Our advice: invest only money you can leave untouched for five years.
Three protections: funds are raised batch-by-batch and spent on defined phases; the sponsors' own 51% is locked in the same project; and in the worst case the land itself — an appreciating asset — remains behind your share.
Every Friday and Saturday: transport, a boat ride on the Meghna and lunch — free. Abroad? Book a live video tour instead.
